starting salaries, performance-related pay and regular salary
reviews we offer the following benefits:
Pension Scheme
On joining us, you'll automatically become a member of the
non-contributory defined benefit 'Johnson Matthey Pension
Plan'.
Life Assurance
Part of the Johnson Matthey Pension Plan, this scheme provides
a death in service lump sum benefit for your family (4 x
basic salary).
Holidays
In addition to 8 Public Holidays, you'll be entitled to
26 days' holiday per annum.
Bonus Payments
You'll also be eligible to participate in our Bonus Scheme,
which is based on achieving targets linked to the business
plan and will be explained to you in more detail on entry.
Share Incentive Plan
After 12 months service you will be eligible to join the
HMRC (Inland Revenue) approved Share Incentive Plan. In
summary, you may contribute up to 2.5% of your basic monthly
salary before tax (up to a maximum of £125 per month)
to acquire shares in Johnson Matthey PLC. For every one
share that you buy, Johnson Matthey will acquire two shares
for you. The scheme will be explained to you in more detail
on entry.
