Product/Material Transfer: Pipelines

Tracerco understand that the safe and efficient transfer of products and raw materials on our customers sites can be vital for the efficient operations of their facilities. As a result, we have developed a range of techniques which enable our customers to accurately measure the flow-rate of material being transferred in pipes and also measure the extent of deposits within these pipes. The techniques, listed below, are all non-intrusive and provide real time data to our customers (apart from the non-radioactive tracer technique).

TRACERCO Diagnostics™ ThruVision The use of the TRACERCO Diagnostics™ ThruVision tomography system provides a powerful non-intrusive inspection tool to examine the contents of pipelines and vessels across a wide range of process industries.
TRACERCO Diagnostics™
Pipeline Assurance – Pipe-in-Pipe
Annulus Integrity Measurement
TRACERCO Diagnostics™ Pipeline Assurance – Pipe-in-Pipe Annulus Integrity Measurement involves using a technique that enables non-intrusive inspection of a pipe-in-pipe system to determine the annulus condition is dry or flooded.
TRACERCO Diagnostics™ Pipeline Assurance – Flow Assurance

Using a TRACERCO Diagnostics™ Pipeline Assurance Service for Flow Assurance you can assess:

  • The presence, location and extent of pipeline solids build up such as wax, scale or hydrate.
  • The position of a stuck pigging tool.
  • Gas, water and oil slugging including the slug velocity.
  • The flow rate through the pipe accurately.
TRACERCO Diagnostics™ - Scan A rapid, reliable, robust and non-intrusive technique which is able to locate deposit build-up within pipe-work transferring either liquids or solids. For more details click here.
TRACERCO Diagnostics™ - Flow Study A technique which can accurately measure and confirm the flow rate of material through pipelines and vent headers. For more details click here.
