That is why we have developed and brought to market a range of process diagnostic techniques and specialist measurement products to help our customers extract the greatest valve from their manufacturing assets. The techniques, which are listed below, are non-intrusive, provide real-time data and allow our customers to fully understand and optimise their reaction vessels, saving both time and costs.

TRACERCO Diagnostics™ ThruVision The use of the TRACERCO Diagnostics™ ThruVision tomography system provides a powerful non-intrusive inspection tool to examine the contents of pipelines and vessels across a wide range of process industries.
TRACERCO Diagnostics™ Temperature Study The TRACERCO Diagnostic™ Temperature study is a rapid, reliable and highly accurate technique which enables the temperature of tubes within either furnaces or reformers to be measured safely.
TRACERCO Diagnostics™ - Scan A rapid, reliable, robust and non-intrusive technique which is able to locate the level and if present the interface between materials within a reaction vessel. The technique is also able to locate deposit build-up within the vessel and its associated pipe-work
TRACERCO Diagnostics™ - Flow Study A technique which can accurately measure and confirm the flow rate of material into and out of the reactor, through pipelines and vent headers.
TRACERCO Diagnostics™ - Residence Time An reliable and accurate technique, utilising novel tracer technology used to measure the residence time within a reactor vessel. The technique provides real-time data for our customers and the detection is non-intrusive.
TRACERCO Diagnostics™ - Leak Study A technique which can accurately measure and confirm the extent of leakage or by-passing within reactors. The technique utilises novel tracer technology and is totally non-intrusive.
