Positioning & Control of Riser Tool/Pipeline Pigging

Over the last number of years Tracerco have developed a number of techniques and products which allow our customers, who operate offshore facilities, to locate Riser Tools and Pigs. The techniques, listed below, are non-intrusive and provide our customers with real time data, enabling them to optimise the performance of their Riser Tool and Pig positioning.

	TRACERCO Diagnostics™ ThruVision	The use of the TRACERCO Diagnostics™ ThruVision tomography system provides a powerful non-intrusive inspection tool to examine the contents of pipelines and vessels across a wide range of process industries.
	TRACERCO Diagnostics™ - Scan	A reliable and robust technique which is able to indicate when a Pig or Riser Tool passes a certain location on the Riser by means of a density measurement.
	TRACERCO Diagnostics™ -Pig Tracker	A reliable and robust technique which is able to confirm when a suitably tagged Pig or Riser Tool passes a certain location by using a detector.
	TRACERCO™ -Instruments	A range of installed instruments which are reliable, accurate and robust. These devices are able to confirm when a Riser Tool or Pig passes a certain location on the Riser.
