Assessment of Flow-rates and Deposits in Pipelines

Tracerco have a range of services and products which allow our customers to measure flow-rates and assess the extent of deposits within pipelines, headers and flare lines. These techniques are designed such that emergency shut-down valves on offshore platforms can be regularly checked. The various techniques are non-intrusive, reliable, robust and are capable of providing real time results for our our customer.

	TRACERCO Diagnostics™ ThruVision	The use of the TRACERCO Diagnostics™ ThruVision tomography system provides a powerful non-intrusive inspection tool to examine the contents of pipelines and vessels across a wide range of process industries.
	TRACERCO Diagnostics™ PhaseCal	The TRACERCO Diagnostics™ PhaseCal technique enables our customers to ensure that their flow metering systems are running at maximum efficiency.
	TRACERCO Diagnostics™ - Scan	The TRACERCO Diagnostic™ - Scan enables our customers to know the extent of deposits within a pipeline with diameters between 2” to 54”. This allows our customers to optimise their shutdown strategy.
	TRACERCO Diagnostics™ - Flow Study	The TRACERCO Diagnostic™ - Flow Study technique allows our customers to measure the flow-rate of material (either liquid or gas) through pipelines, headers or vents. Either radioisotope or chemical tracers can be used on the majority of studies.
	TRACERCO™ - Instruments	A range of leading edge instruments which allows our customers to measure the build-up of deposits (solid or liquid) within in a pipe, header or vent. This enables our customers to optimise there shutdwon strategy.
