Our technical expertise in Flooded Member Inspection (FMI), used to determine the water ingress into platform structural members is well known and Lloyds Register approved. The customized systems can be operated by either ROV or diver. A tremendous advantage of the system is that there is no need for removal of marine growth or specialist coatings. The system provides rapid and accurate measurements of water levels in vertical and angled members and the degree of flooding in horizontal members. The TRACERCO Diagnostics™ FMI allows operators to focus on areas of the jacket members requiring detailed investigation saving the operator costly subsea inspection time.

Obtain grout density profiles during platform installation

Establishing grout density profiles within offshore platform legs, members and wind turbines during installation will provide the knowledge that the grout strength and quality is as per specification. Tracerco's unique grout monitoring probe ensures that accurate and live data profiles can be obtained. The probe is deployed by an ROV or diver ensuring that the density of the grouting material is measured as it passes through the probe, in real time.
