have developed a technique, the TRACERCO™ - Catalyst
Probe, that enables catalyst samples to be characterised
at actual process conditions on full-scale operating units.
The technology, which is patented, provides a range of
diagnostic capabilities to enable characterisation of the
plant operating conditions without disruption to the process.
Features of the TRACERCO™ - Catalyst Probe are:
- Able to detect low levels of poisons;
- Able to identify contaminants not picked up during gas
sampling;
- Rapid screening of catalysts in novel applications;
- Easy of installation and removal;
- Able to be fitted into any nozzle greater than 1”.
