| Optimisation of Catalyst Beds - Maximizer
Tracerco fully understand the importance of catalyst beds
in the processing of hydrocarbons on our customers sites.
As well as the TRACERCO Diagnostic - Scan & Distribution
Studies, which are able to diagnose the process conditions
that exist within the packed bed, Tracerco have also developed
the TRACERCO Diagnostic - Maximizer. The technique
enables our customers to maximise absorbent utilisation
in their zinc oxide, de-sulphurization beds. The technique
is non intrusive, carried out on-line, provides rapid feedback
and needs no vessel preparation. The service also includes
advice on the remaining life of the catalyst and can be
linked to absorbent replacement.
