TRACERCO Diagnostics™ - Separator Study

Tracerco are able to offer, through the TRACERCO Diagnostics™ Separator Study, the ability to assess the performance of production separator. The TRACERCO Diagnostics™ Separator Study, which uses unique tracer and non-intrusive detection technology, is able to determine liquid carryover, gas undercutting and the residence times of both the produced water and hydrocarbon in the production separator.

The information gained from a TRACERCO Diagnostics™ Separator Study can optimise the performance of the production separator; increasing production rates; lowering production costs; decreasing the risk to downstream processing problems and minimising environmental non-compliance.

 

Features of the TRACERCO Diagnostics™ - Separator Study

  • The technique is capable of identifying and quantifying gas undercutting and liquid carryover in the system;
  • The technique can be combined with the TRACERCO Diagnostics™ - Scan to confirm the extent of foam within the vessel and details of sand and interface levels.
  • Tracers capable of mimicking all three phases within the separator (Oil, Water, Gas)
  • Provides real-time data
  • Confirms residence times within separator
  • Tracers which do not effect downstream processing
