In April 2006, Tracerco, part of Johnson Matthey Plc acquired the Process Diagnostics Division of Quest TruTec. The acquisition brings together TruTec's expertise in scanning and tomography with Tracerco's advanced radioisotope and chemical tracer technology, providing our customers in refining, petrochemicals and all areas of the oil and gas industry with a resource for all of their process diagnosis and trouble-shooting needs. It will also allow a renewed focus on research and development to ensure that Tracerco keeps pace with the changing needs of our customers. The increased geographical reach created by this acquisition will allow us to deliver our products and services via a local service anywhere in the world.
