Measurement of Radioactivity
Tracerco offers an established and comprehensive service for measuring all forms of environmental radioactivity irrespective of its origins. Radioactivity measurements may be made in-situ (depending on scope) or within the comprehensively equipped laboratories at Billingham. Areas of expertise include the following:-

• Analysis of scales, sand, sludges and oils for the for the presence of naturally occurring radioactivity (NORM) including Radium and daughter products, Lead-210 and Polonium-210.
• Determination of Radon and Polonium-210 in production gas.
