TRACERCO Interface Gauge
Tracerco offer a non-intrusive instrument to give you confidence
in interface control during
production.
Each system is designed for the particular application
in order to determine the interface between organic, aqueous
and solid phases in a wide range of surface or subsea systems
including separators, knockout drums, glycol contactors,
coalescers or amine absorbers.
Incorporation of HART™ technology in the field mounted
detector allows communication via the customer’s DCS
and eliminates the need for safe-area mounted control units.
The TRACERCO™ Interface Gauge offers:
- No moving parts, eliminating the potential for mechanical
failure or fouling by debris such as sand or asphaltene.
- No bridle leading to a cost saving and environmental
protection through zero blow down requirements.
- External mounting for easy retrofit or new build installation.
- ‘Real time in vessel’ measurements.
- Design for low maintenance.
- Intrinsic safety for use in zones 0, 1 & 2 Hazardous
Areas.
The TRACERCO™ Interface Gauge incorporates
many advanced features to enable
accurate and reliable interface measurement, including;
- HART™ Digital Interface allowing direct communication
via the customer’s DCS,
- Automatic compensation for radioactive source decay,
- Automatic compensation for changes in vessel operating
pressure,
- Linear, table and logarithmic linearisation options
for level correction,
- Extensive self-checking and diagnostic facilities.
Type PRI 150-H
