The TRACERCO Profiler™ allows customers to monitor, control and optimise phase and interface levels in tanks, separators, pipes and all other plant vessels to reduce downtime and improve plant efficiency. The Profilers global reputation for excellence earned Tracerco its first Queens Award for Enterprise in Innovation in 2003.

The equipment fits standard nozzles and is custom made to suit each application and certification requirement. It can be made to provide measurements over the full height of a vessel if required.

Tracerco Interface Gauges are a nucleonic interface system to provide phase interface information, again custom made to suit any plant vessel or pipe. The density readings can be tuned to match the densities of the phases in the vessels and so provide excellent monitoring and control.

Utilizing advanced measurement technology, the TRACERCO™ PhaseGauge can accurately determine phases such as foams, emulsions, or sand build-up in production vessels

Tracerco’s Mud Monitoring System provides a non-invasive, easily fitted method of monitoring radioactivity when drilling and performing reservoir-logging operations. It provides protection for the drilling crew and allows monitoring of the integrity of radioactive sources during the operations.

Using the proven and highly successful TRACERCO™ Density Gauge technology, the TRACERCO™ Slug Monitor allows the detection and control of process slugs reducing downtime and costly damage to equipment. The system provides a custom designed measurement of slug size/duration and velocity.
