It is important to obtain accurate data on the integrity of ageing assets. The subsequent interpretation of the data is a key safety-critical requirement. Tracerco’s real time data analysis ensures that even the smallest of anomalies are highlighted to the inspection, repair and maintenance team. The flexibility of our measurement systems means that extremely accurate and reliable measurements can be obtained. This ensures that both the time for, and hence the cost associated with, inspecting the integrity of steel jacket members and pipelines is minimised.

Our technical expertise in Flooded Member Inspection (FMI), used to determine the water ingress into platform structural members is well known. This technique is Lloyds Registered Approved. Our in-house developed system can be operated by either ROV or diver. With over 20 years experience inspecting platforms you can be assured that inspection is always completed to an excellent standard by our experienced engineers.

Tracerco's technology is designed, built and maintained by our own R&D and Engineering Support departments. It is exclusively deployed by our highly experienced staff. Our equipment is built to withstand the rigours of the harsh subsea environment to depths beyond 3000m. Time is a valuable resource when working in harsh conditions. Pipeline Inspection
Non-intrusive density measurements for pipelines, assess and report pipeline contents within 0.1g/cc. Pipeline contents determined include, but not limited to, :- oils, condensate, gas, waxes, scales, sludge's, hydrates, or stuck pigs.

Wall thinning assessment (Corrosion/Erosion)
First point of assessment for average wall thickness in unpiggable or coated pipelines. Establishing a pipeline profile before undertaking an internal inspection campaign. Combining with FMI and adding value to IRM scopes.

Pipeline Restrictions
Determining the location, non-intrusively of any pipeline restriction enabling remedial action.We can provide instant feedback on pipeline contents.

Grout Monitoring
Establishing grout density profiles within offshore platform legs and members during installation. Determining grout density profiles for offshore Wind Turbine Installation and well abandonment. Be safe in the knowledge that the grout strength and quality is as per specification at the source.

Salvage and Wreck Removal - determining accurate oil/water/vapour interfaces within seaworthyvessels either when active or when on the seabed. Avoid environmental incidents by reducing the oil or fuel pollution to the sea. Saving a considerable amount of time and resource by only hot tapping the correct compartments containing fuel.
