Process Instrumentation Business Development Manager

Reporting to the Americas Regional Director, the Specialist Measurements (SM) Commercial Manager is responsible for building and developing a sustainable network of partners to distribute and service our range of nucleonic instruments in the Americas while managing the SM commercial team, supporting and enabling them to deliver sales in their territories.

Your responsibilities:

• Create a structure to enable the growth of the SM business in North and South America.
• Identify partners to distribute and service our instruments in region (Third Party Intermediates – TPIs).
• Manage the relationship with those partners, supporting and enabling them to effectively commercialize our instruments while ensuring a revenue pipeline is being developed.
• Manage the Americas SM commercial team supporting and enabling them to deliver the growth plan for the region.
• Liaise with the Tracerco Legal and Compliance teams to ensure contracts are in place and audits and due diligences are being properly conducted.
• Liaise with internal Operations, Quotes and Projects teams to ensure the proper level of support to the commercial team and TPIs are in place.
• Responsible to deliver the annual SM budget for the region.

Requirements for the role:

• Have previously worked in the nucleonic instrumentation segment in the United States on a commercial function
• Customer support / sales experience
• 5 years’ experience in instrumentation / control equipment / chemical process environment beneficial
• Established network of TPIs (reps/distributors) for our instruments in the US and/or South America beneficial
