Sales Manager, Monitors & Analytical – Europe and Africa

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager, Monitors & Analytical -Europe & Africa to join our team in Tracerco. The purpose of the role is to implement and deliver the sales/business plan through acquiring and retaining accounts, and building and strengthening relationships in assigned markets, accounts or territories.

Key responsibilities:

  • Meets personal sales targets/KPIs as established within defined markets, territories or accounts.
  • Actively looks for new business opportunities.
  • Manages existing regional TPI’s/Distributors, and ensures new TPI’s/Distributors are assigned in key target markets.
  • Responsible for achieving excellent sales delivery and customer service for the business.
  • May participate in special projects such as major promotions, new product launches, developing a business case for potential growth opportunities and new marketing initiatives.
  • Prepares and delivers sales presentations, contracts and proposals subject to review by manager. Will negotiate contracts/tenders within boundaries established by the manager.
  • Records sales activities using company monitoring processes.
  • Provides relevant managerial reports as necessary
  • Keeps customers regularly updated on product and market developments to help ensure customer service excellence.
  • Help ensure the delivery and required technical responses on products sold.
  • Attends relevant industry events.
  • Delivers customer presentations/webinars.
  • Develops an understanding of customers’ needs and problems and prepares solutions.
  • Collaborates with the commercial/production, technology and financial disciplines as relevant, and has good understanding of related work processes.
  • Ensures PO’s are followed through to cash received and assist with debt recovery if required.

Are you the ideal candidate?

You will have:

  • Previous experience of working within a Sales and target driven environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in account/customer delivery excellence.
  • Commercial and Financial knowledge and awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships.
  • Tenacious and results driven.
